The Institute of Fashion Technology (IFT) is the first of its kind in Vadodara, which includes multiple disciplines under the same roof mainly to create educational, social and business opportunities for the fashion and apparel industries. The Institute was created with the vision that fashion education needs to remain competitive and provide employment in the rapidly changing fashion industry. The various programs offered by the institute run under the aegis of the premier departments in the field of Family and Community Sciences i.e. Clothing and Textiles and Extension and Communications.
I got job offer during internship. I joined as a graduate trainee. My heads and senior were so impressed with my knowledge and problem solving skills that within a year I got promoted to the post of Production Manager.

I am a big fan of experiential learning and I think Textile and Aparel Design Course at IFT proved more to my expectation. Instructors here are amazing and the class size allows for more one on one attention; it almost feels like you are personally tutored here. Amazing artists, mentors and industry expert visiting faculties take the learning experience step ahead that beautiful campus and adequate infrastructure already provide.

IFT is one of the greatest institutions that nurture students to achieve their full potential. The highly qualified faculty members are quite interactive and supportive. Each semester comes up with different programs, giving you an opportunity to grow, learn, up skill, and bring out the best version of yourselves.
